 1. Hold the bottle 5-7 inches far from your body. 
 2. Apply 3-4 sprays under your arms and pulse points on your sweat-free skin.

Tips for longevity -
 
 Apply on clean and dry skin- For optimal effectiveness try to use it after shower and let it dry to ensure it adheres well and lasts long. Ensure you apply on dry skin to keep the fragrance notes the same and high. 
 Use Sparingly - A little goes a long way with deodorant. Applying too much will make the product build and diminish its longevity.
